31.Pineapple Weizen

Adapted from a recipe from Widmer Bros and Oregon Homebrewers, this is Buried Castle's first hefeweizen.  One pineapple was chunked up and added to the primary fermenter to add a light touch of pineapple to this light and crisp wheat beer.
