Made from Fresh Granny Smith cider pressed by Solebury Orchards, Bucks County PA, GramGa chuck is a single strain cider.  A small amount of blueberry honey was added to 4 gallons of fresh granny smith cider, along with 1/2 packet of Wyeast American Ale II.   Different from previous ciders, GramGa chuck contains fresh cider (instead of Bottled Apple Juice), and uses Potassium Metabisulfite instead of heat to kill the wild yeast.
