Buried Castle's second fresh cider development, Granny Crisp combines approx 1.5 gallons of fresh Honey Crisp cider with .5 gallons of fresh Granny Smith cider. Potassium metabisulfite is added to reduce the wild yeasts. Wyeast American Ale II (approx 1/2 packet) added for fermentation.
