13.Lamb Day Lager





Brewed for Lamb Day 2011, this is Buried Castle's first lager.  Lamb Day is in October, so Lamb Day Lager will be designed after an Oktoberfest/Marzen.  Lamb Day lager is fermented @ 60F California Lager Yeast and a swamp cooler, followed by lagering @ 40 degrees before bottling.
