The third brewing of WmGa Chuck cider brings recipe modifications.  This third generation of cider adds blueberry honey as food for the yeast, to create a fruitier flavor to the cider.  WmGa3 is made from Wegmans Apple Juice, along with a new proprietary blend of brown sugar, blueberry honey, clover honey, and molasses.  WmGa3 also represents the first cider brewed with cider yeast, WLP775 English Cider.
